An image released by the official Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) on March 13, 2012, allegedly shows a still from footage of dead children in a home in the Karm al-Luz neighbourhood in the restive city of Homs, where 15 bodies were reportedly found among them a woman with her 4 children.
